Week 1- busy week
What a busy week. The twins were born on a Tuesday so basically their 1st week seemed to be in the hospital even though we got out Thursday. We had lots of visitors in the hospital. Blake and Samantha were so excited to meet their baby brother and sister . Of course my parents Aunt Katelynn and Uncle Larry came in from Boston my sister Kim and her little ones. Danielle came up to visit and so did Katie! The babies are loved by so many people it's unbelievable. I didn't get pics of everyone I was kind of out of it .

1 Month check-up
They are getting so big (to us) but are still so small to others. 
We had their 1 month appt including shots. I hate that part.
Daddy met us up at the appointment because getting shots is a big deal.
Doctor Gomez said you guys are perfect and we get an A+ for good parenting 😄
Bennetts stats-
Height- coming soon
Weight- tba
Eating habits-2-4 ozs every 2-3 hours. We had to switch Your formula to Gentlease because you were throwing everything up. You still latch really well while nursing.
Clothing size- newborn ... Premiees are too short
Favorite thing to do- snuggle with mommy or daddy. You love to lay your head next to my cheek and listen to me sing(well attempt to)
We also play "let us adore" and you calm down quick when upset.

Eating habits-2-3 ozs every 2-3 hours.Your on formula to Enfamil Newborn because you were constantly nursing and I couldn't keep up. You still latch really well while nursing.
Clothing size- newborn ... Premiees are getting a little snug
Favorite thing to do- snuggle with mommy or daddy. You love laying cheek to cheek with daddy and love for us to sing to you. We also play "let us adore" and you calm down quick when upset.
Week 4
At just 4 weeks old these littles have been very busy!
We attempted our first tummy time! Not fans. Bennett loves tummy time when he is laying on someone else's tummy 😜 Gentry is just not having it at all.

This is how they ended up and Bennett still wasn't having it. He needed his mommy to love on him. 
Once I got them settled down I had to get some editing and birth announcements done so I put them in their crib. I think I was having a panic attack leaving them just one room away. I used the monitor for the first time to watch them. 
Once again Bennett wasn't having it with out mommy so I ended up getting him and holding him while I edited
This is the finish product of having a productive day 
I think being 4 weeks old just want B's thing. I think he cried the entire week other than when he was sleeping. Poor baby. As you can see Gentry Lynne was just smiling away. These two are two totally different kiddos.
We ventured out to visit Pawpa Ronnie and Grandma Brenda. They were so good to while visiting. They got to love on the twins and also feed them. They love them so much you can totally tell Pawpaw shares all their pictures on his facebook. 
After your 1month appt(update in later blog) we headed to Big Brother Blake's baseball game 
When we first got pregnant with the little ones I just knew it was going to bbe 2 boys so any outfits we got we just got two boys no girl stuff. The outfit below is one of the 1st that we got from Carter's 
Our sleepless nights seems to be getting more frequent. But I am telling you this its really easy staying awake when you get to be with these two. They have the sweetest smirks. After a feeding one night Gentry would not go to sleep I couldn't get her to relax so I swaddled her and layed her on top of B without it squishing him. This girl fell right asleep and B didn't mind one bit. He loves his sister.
3 Weeks!
They are still so tiny!! Preemie clothes and newborn diapers!
Bennett and Gentry had their 1st real bath! It took their umbilical cord forever to fall of plus Bennett had to have a late circumcision and we had to wait for that. Gentry loved it she just looked around and tried to drink the water and sucked on her hand. Bennett was a little different he screamed the whole time so it was a quick bath. Poor baby I guess he was scared more then anything.
We went and visited Shelly she's been really sick and wasn't able to come up to the hospital so we made our way to her as soon as we could.
May 5th - Bennetts short were twice the size of him 😜
This was my first Mother's Day with the twins and they spoiled me (their daddy did) I got 4 new charms for my Pandora bracelet! I got the letter of the each kiddos first name! He seriously knows me so wel! I want to fill this bracelet up with everything that I love and my kiddos and husband are it!! I also got a Michael Kors purse that I have been wanting FOREVER. 😍😍 Blake made me a little care that said thanks for raisin me right with a box of chocolate raisins.

Gentry loves when daddy comes home and lays his head next to her. She can be screaming her head off and he will do that and it's like all is right in the world again. I love how much he's wrapped around her little finger.
