37 Weeks and tomorrow is the arrival of the twins

We made it to our goal! We are over the moon and beyond scared to be welcoming our sweet babies. 

Today went by pretty slow. We had our pre op appt which was just blood work and getting a scrub that I need to do before surgery.

I basically laid around and watched movies all day. When Jeremy got home I installed the car seat and he double checked them. It's getting real people!! 

He tried to stay busy too he went for a bike ride installed a trailer hitch and then hit golf balls over the tree. 😝 He gets all stir crazy when there is a big event happening.

 

I've got some major heartburn going on right now and only have 45mins left before I can't drink anything else.... Ugh I feel like I need lots and lots of water to help it. 

Not sure if either of us will sleep tonight. I am hoping we do because tomorrow is going to be crazy. We already have tons of visitors coming up.

Next time I update I will be a mommy to TWINS AND A MOM OF 4! 

Tomorrow is Transfer Day

One of these little bits will be transferred back tomorrow!! I can't believe how fast this has gone. Hoping to get some sleep tonight....yea don't think that's gonna happen! Sorry for the same picture.. We won't have an update one until tomorrow. 

Progesterone shot today kinda stung :( still took it like a champ! 

We had to go to my moms to show her how to do the Shot because she is going to be my personal nurse this weekend! Jeremy gets a break ;) 

Pretty sure we freaked my mom out lol 

36 Weeks!

Not a lot has changed except more swelling and now my nose is the size of Texas! Here's proof ⬇️

I figured I would practice holding 2 babies at once! My sweet nephew Breken and my niece Madison! I love it and can't wait to snuggle my littles. 

Jeremy seems to think I won't ever get to hold them because he will have them. I love how he is so in love with them already. We have days left! DAYS that's it just DAYS 

36 Weeks!

35 weeks today!

We are 14 DAYS away from meeting our little ones!

My shirts are all too small and it's funny to see in the mirror 😜

But I wouldn't change it for the world. I don't want any of it to end, but I do want to meet these babies. 

My mom and I did some shopping and that lady doesn't play! We went shopping crazy. 1st stop was the Twice as Nice Twin sale which was horrible then to the Just Between Friends sale to find some last minute items we needed for the babies. We found lots of cute outfits but no major items :/ so we decided that we will try the next Just Between Friends sale Thursday. That's if I can make it to Thursday. 

We also went to Carter's! That store gets me every dang time. We got Bennett lots of matching outfits with shorts. Then we finally got some matching Boy/Girl outfits. 

Matching is a lot harder then it looks  haha. 

We have a Sono and Doctor appt tomorrow to check on them and to get an update from Dr. Tse about the swelling.

Bennett also got his first baseball glove and it has to be the cutest thing I've ever seen! It's so tiny 

Well we have made it to 32 Weeks

So I Lots has gone on since my last post! 😣 

The babies will be here by April 14th!!! HOLY COW IT HAS GONE BY SO FAST

We made it to our 1st goal as of Monday at 32 weeks! That means these sweet little babies would stay at our hospital if they were to deliver moving forward. We have moved to seeing Dr. Tse twice a week and doing sonos both those days. Atleast we have insurance to cover this cost!! 😂 These babies are so worth everything we have been through. 

The twins first snow day

We took a little visit to Labor and Delivery because I was having Braxton Hicks and got a little nervous. Everything turned out to be just fine. I worry too much but they say that's ok. Better to be safe then sorry. 

We got their room totally done and I am totally in love with it! Their bedding was made by Amber @ Lovebug Baby Bedding. She did amazing!  Pictures below to show how adorable it turned out. 

This past weekend we also hard our baby shower. Before our shower we decided to do a 3D sonogram so we could see these babies. My mom hasn't been able to come to any appointments with me so I wanted he to see them too. They were really calm .. I should have had some watermelon sour patch kids(their favorite)!!

We got lots of stuff at our Shower and we are so thankful for everything and everyone. My mom and my sisters did such an amazing job decorating. It was a Woodlands themed shower. 

We also just scheduled Maternity pictures with a photographer in Mansfield not going to lie I am kinda nervous. Not sure what to wear or make up, hairstyle. Now I know how my customers feel! Let the stressing begin!! 😫

 

27 Weeks - 10weeks left

As of Monday I am 27weeks! Man time is flying by! These little ones will be here in no time. I feel like I have so much to get ready.

I need to get their nursery done and that is the hardest part for me because I love everything. I think once their bedding is done I will start to get everything done. I will see colors in person and can start to buy some decor. 

I need to make mobiles for above the cribs. Aghhh baby shower is coming up too! I will be 31 weeks pregnant by the time it comes and I feel like I will be rushing to buys things that weren't gifted to me. 

I know these little ones will never do without but I still worry. 

We found a Nanny to watch them and that alone has taken lots of stress off our backs! They are lucky to be with one of their big brothers old day care provider! 

A little less movement this week and it freaks me out! I feel like I just started to feel them and now it's slowly getting less. 

They are running out of womb!
