One Month with Bennett and Gentry

These babies have changed our lives !

This past month has been one crazy month. 

We got home on a Thursday and it was just us. For the first time Jeremy and I were parents to babies of our own. 

It was an emotional week I think we cried for about 2 weeks not because we were sad but because we have waited what seems like a lifetime for these babies. 

Here is a little bit of what we have been doing at night 😜 ( I figured I would do a night time blog of how our night went)

 April 24th 2015 (10days old)

Gentry

12:34AM-12:41AM -formula 2ozs 

Patted until 12:47 

No diaper change 

4:10AM-4:19AM  formula 2ozs

laid awake acting hungry gave her Paci. Rubbed her nose and eyebrows until she feel asleep 

Diaper change wet and looks like a shart

Bennett

12:50AM-12:59AM formula 2ozs

Laid in my lap until 1:06AM

No diaper change

4:24AM-4:35AM formula 2ozs 

Fell asleep during feeding gave him his Paci to soothe. That didn't work he has been up since and it's now 5:30 

Diaper was wet and had poopie 

Both Bennett(R) & Gentry (L)are latched @6:10AM-7:15AM

They woke up like they didn't eat 

Both Bennett and Gentry were fed formula 2ozs 9:25AM-9:35AM

9:45AM- babies are taking a nap

11:46AM-12:00PM-Bennett breastfeed 

11:46AM-12:25PM- Gentry

Breastfeed

1:35PM-1:57PM-Bennett breastfed 

4:00PM 2.5ozs of boobie milk (Pumped)Bennett & Gentry 

6:45PM bottles fed formula 2ozs each 

10:00PM-bottle fed boobie milk 

I pumped too late and don't think I made enough milk in time. 

I have more to post about their first month but I have to get to some crying babies for now 😍
